Immediately ensure everyone's safety, document the scene with photos, collect the other party's details, and file a claim through the Insijam app or contact your Takaful provider's helpline as soon as possible.
Can I use any workshop for repairs?+
Most Takaful providers have a network of approved workshops. Using an approved workshop ensures cashless repairs. You may use an outside workshop but may need to pay upfront and claim reimbursement later.

At approved network workshops, repairs are typically cashless. Outside the network, you may need to pay upfront and submit a reimbursement claim afterward.
Can I get auto insurance for an older car?+
Yes, older vehicles can be insured. However, comprehensive coverage for older cars may have a depreciation cap. Third-party liability is usually available regardless of vehicle age.
Can I get insurance for multiple cars?+
Yes, fleet or multi-vehicle policies are available. You can manage all your vehicles under a single plan, often at a discounted rate compared to individual policies.
What is the difference between a nil depreciation policy and a standard policy?+
A nil depreciation (zero dep) policy covers the full cost of replacing parts without deducting for wear and tear. A standard policy calculates depreciation on parts, meaning you pay the difference out of pocket during a claim.
